Each Photo Real Building Kit includes printed Flexstock sheets with all the components needed to build the structure shown in the listing.

A typical kit contains:

• Printed Building Sheets – Walls, roof, base, and detail pieces
• Base/Ground Sheet – A printed foundation for your building to sit on
• Assembly Reference – Instructions available online (see link below)

What's NOT included:

• Tools (scissors, knife, glue)
• Additional scenery or vehicles shown in photos
• Interior furniture or details

Each kit provides materials to build one complete building at the scale indicated in the product listing.
