How Do I Return an Item Purchased on eBay?

eBay orders must be returned through eBay's return system.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log in to eBay and go to your Purchase History
2. Find your order from Innovative Hobby Supply
3. Click "Return this item" next to the item you wish to return
4. Select a reason for your return
5. Choose your label option:
   • Print the shipping label, OR
   • Select "QR code" if you don't have a printer
6. Pack your item securely in the original packaging if possible
7. Ship the item and keep your tracking number

Important Notes

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• You'll receive a return shipping label or QR code through eBay
• Keep your tracking number — this protects both of us
• Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the item
