I Don't Have a Printer — How Do I Get a Return Label?

No printer? No problem. Here are your options.

Option 1: QR Code (eBay Orders)

When initiating your eBay return:

1. Select "QR code" instead of "Print label"
2. Save the QR code to your phone
3. Take your package to the Post Office
4. Show the QR code to the clerk — they'll print your label on the spot

This is free and uses the same prepaid postage as a printed label.

Option 2: Email the Label (eBay)

When you request a return label through eBay, you can have it emailed to you, then:

• Take the email to a local print shop (Staples, FedEx Office, library)
• Ask a friend or family member to print it
• Many Post Office locations can print from email

Option 3: Ship Without a Label (Website Orders)

For returns from our website:

1. Write our return address clearly on your package
2. Pay for postage at the Post Office counter
3. Choose a tracked shipping method
4. Email us your tracking number
