- USPS Transit Delays — Once your order leaves our facility, delivery times are controlled by USPS. Weather, high package volumes, and regional logistics can all cause delays.
- Holiday & Peak Seasons — During busy periods (November–December especially), USPS experiences higher volumes that may extend delivery times.
- Incorrect Address — Double-check that your shipping address was entered correctly at checkout.
What You Can Do
- Track Your Package — Use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email at USPS.com to see current status and location
- Check for Delivery Attempts — Look for missed delivery notices, and check with neighbors or your local post office
- Wait a Few Extra Days — Packages sometimes update as "delivered" before arrival, or arrive a day or two after the estimated date
