Can I Add Items to an Existing Order?
Unfortunately, no. Once an order is placed, we cannot add items to it. Our fulfillment system processes orders as complete units, so modifications aren't possible after submission.
What You Can Do Instead
Option 1: Place a Second Order
Order the additional items separately. To save on shipping costs:
- On our website: Orders over $50 ship free
- On eBay: Add all items to your cart before checkout to combine shipping automatically
Option 2: Cancel and Reorder (If Timing Allows)
If your original order hasn't shipped yet:
- Email us at help@innovativehobbysupply.com to cancel
- Place a new order with all the items you need
Option 3: Contact Us About Shipping Refunds
If you've already placed a second order, reach out to us. We may be able to refund excess shipping costs if we can ship both orders together.
