If Your Order Hasn't Shipped Yet
Contact us immediately at help@innovativehobbysupply.com with your order number and we'll cancel it for you. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If Your Order Has Already Shipped
Once an order has a tracking number and is in transit, we cannot cancel it. At that point, you have two options:
- Refuse delivery – The package will be returned to us, and we'll issue a refund once received
