I Didn't Receive a Shipping Notification - Where Is My Tracking Number?

Shipping notifications are sent automatically when your order is dispatched. If you haven't received yours, here's how to find your tracking number:

Check Your Email

1. Search your inbox AND spam/junk folders for emails from help@innovativehobbysupply.com
2. Look for subject lines containing:
   • "Your order has shipped"
   • "Order status changed"
   • "Shipment notification"

Tip: The tracking number is typically located in the lower half of the shipping email, under "Tracking Information."

Order Processing Times

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of purchase. If you ordered recently, your shipping notification may not have been sent yet.

Find Tracking Without the Email

• eBay Orders: Go to My eBay → Purchase History → Select your order → View tracking
• Website Orders: Log in to your account at Innovativehobbysupply.com to view order status
